CAMERON GLEN

DIRECTOR OF CULTIVATION

With almost a decade of experience in legal, commercial cannabis cultivation, Cameron is an industry veteran whose expertise spans all stages of the growing process. Cultivation in both Colorado and Oklahoma has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that make him an invaluable consultant with a proven track record of increasing yields and improving the quality of cannabis flower.

Throughout his career, Cameron has cultivated and flowered over 850,000 cannabis plants. He spent much of his professional cannabis career at one of the largest facilities in the country, a 108,000 sq ft vertically-designed grow with five tiers of plants. Here, he developed new methods of combating the most voracious pests including russet mites, spider mites, root aphids, mold and mildew. As Director of Research and Development, he was responsible for evaluating the commercial feasibility of the more than 3,500 strains and phenotypes he worked with, and it was his work with Rubicon that won a THC Classic Award for Best CBD Strain.

Cameron's extensive experience in legal, commercial cannabis cultivation has provided him with a deep understanding of best practices for increasing plant yields. He has trained hundreds of employees and consulted for numerous cannabis businesses, optimizing their operations and helping them achieve success. Cameron's passion for the industry and expertise make him a valuable asset to any team looking to improve their cultivation practices. His insight and expertise enable him to diagnose problems quickly and provide actionable solutions for businesses seeking to thrive in this rapidly-growing industry.

In his free time, he enjoys going on hikes with his Collie Missy, playing paintball, and trying new restaurants.


BEN EISENBERG

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

For almost three decades, Ben has been a political consultant with a proven track record of success. He ran his first petition campaign at the young age of 8, and since then has managed or consulted on over 100 campaigns across a dozen states and three continents. While he initially specialized in corporate operations, strategic planning, and marketing for startups across various industries, he has since become an expert on writing drug legislation and helping businesses market themselves.

Ben's expertise extends far beyond the United States, as he has worked with the governments of Uganda and Ecuador to write their hemp and cannabis legislation. He has also worked with various state governments in America on legislation relating to cannabis and psilocybin, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Moreover, Ben holds a Master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University, which has equipped him with a deep understanding of the political process and an array of strategic tools that he employs in his work.

In addition to his professional work, Ben loves to travel and has even started his own travel service, which offers affordable trips to people looking to experience new adventures. He is also an accomplished knife-thrower, having competed in several competitions. With his vast experience and expertise in politics and business, Ben is a valuable asset to any team looking to navigate the intricacies of today's rapidly-changing political and regulatory landscape.


SAM RYE

DIRECTOR OF SALES/MARKETING

Sam is a seasoned marketer who has planned, managed, and executed successful promotional tours and events for major global brands in various industries. With over 8 years of experience, he has interacted with millions of consumers at music festivals, sporting events, street festivals, fairs, and pop-up events in hundreds of cities worldwide.

Sam is a master of experiential marketing, creating events of all sizes, from one-off specials to regional pop-ups to international marketing tours. His journey began as the leader of the street team at Winter X Games Aspen, and he has continued to refine his craft since.

Currently serving as the sales and marketing director for MMJ OKC since 2020, Sam has brought his expertise in event marketing to develop and execute successful campaigns. These campaigns have not only developed a loyal following for the company but have also allowed it to stand out in a crowded marketplace. While Sam's schedule is packed, he remains passionate about Japanese food and drink culture, and he frequently visits local Izakayas to explore the latest offerings.


BENJAMIN BOOZ

DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE

Ben Booz is a versatile professional with a diverse skill set and a proven track record of success. After serving in the Marines, where he was responsible for handling explosives, maintaining aircraft weapon systems, and tracking munitions and weaponry, Ben earned his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic’s license as an aircraft maintenance technician. With expertise in electrical work and carpentry, Ben brings a unique perspective to his consulting work.

As the design and build specialist for MMJ OKC, Ben has been instrumental in developing new equipment and facilities that have helped the company to grow and thrive in a competitive industry. His attention to detail and ability to problem-solve have been invaluable to the company's success.

Beyond his professional work, Ben has a passion for music and is an accomplished musician himself. He also runs a side business building and fixing musical instruments, a testament to his talent and dedication. Ben is a valuable asset to any team looking for a skilled and innovative problem solver.

MISSY ‘BATMAN’ GLEN

Meet Missy 'Batman' Glen, the Chief Enthusiasm Officer (CEO) of MMJ OKC and the official company mascot. With her friendly and outgoing personality, Missy loves to greet new people and receive treats. Her favorite pastime is exploring the great outdoors and going on hikes to get some fresh air. When asked about her favorite thing about Oklahoma, Missy enthusiastically barks, "WOOF WOOF WOOF, WOOF WOOF WOOF."

LAUREN WHITLEDGE

Lauren is an accomplished chef with over a decade of experience in some of the finest kitchens in Washington DC. She received her degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, and went on to work as a Pastry, Sous and Executive Chef. Lauren's passion for food extends beyond the savory, as she is also the founder of Strictly Treats, a company that has created hundreds of specialty cakes and other delicious treats over the last five years.

Lauren's expertise in baking and pastry arts, combined with her experience in the culinary world, make her the perfect fit for MMJ OKC's future plans to create lines of edibles. As the executive chef at the Amarillo Club in Amarillo, TX, Lauren has already proven her ability to lead a team and deliver high-quality dishes to discerning patrons.

Lauren is committed to creating edibles that not only have the desired effects, but also taste great. Her favorite pastry is donuts, and she gives a shout-out to Donut Bank's fruit fritters in Evansville, IN. With Lauren on board as the head consultant for MMJ OKC's future edibles, customers can expect a delicious and high-quality product.
